摘要
对跨度为87m2000t门式起重机建立三维有限元模型,对一种典型工况下的强度、刚度、稳定性、刚柔腿行走机构小车轮压进行分析计算并校核。对关键部位的强度、刚度和安全性做出评估,保证其使用安全性。
A detailed three-dimensional finite element model is constructed and the strength, the stiffness, the stability and the pressure of wheels of a 87mx2000t gantry crane are studied. Quantitative evaluations are made on critical regions and appropriate measures are suggested to improve the design, which could ensure the safety.
