摘要
从杯型零件进料机构的总体布局出发,对该机构的各个组成部分进行了简单的讨论。将电磁振动的原理应用于杯型零件的进料机构中,对振动料斗的结构,工作原理及其相关驱动电路进行了详细的研究。该研究可以提高实际生产的生产率,对降低工人的劳动强度等都有一定的实用价值。
Based on the feeding machine's overall layout of the cup shape components, the simple discussion to each part of this mechanism is expounded. The electromagnetism vibration principle is applied into the feeding machine of the cup shape components. The structure of vibration hopper, the principle of work and its related driving electric circuit are also researched in detail. This research may enhance the productivity of the actual production and reduce the worker's labor intensity.
