压缩机出口处导流板的模拟与改进

摘要 针对压缩机出口处导流板内流场的不均匀性,提出了几种导流板改进的方法来削弱漩涡的影响,提高均匀性。改进的方法为:添加短导流板、改变导流板的几何安装角、切割导流板以及降低导流板的弯曲度。借助Fluent软件对导流板改进前后的流动进行数值模拟,结果表明:降低导流板弯曲度或添加一半的导流板,均对漩涡削弱明显,效果好,其余方法的效果较差。 In view of the flow field in homogeneity of guide plate at the exit of the compressor, several methods of improving guide plate are put forward in this paper, which could weaken the effect of vortex and reduce loss and improve the uniformity. The improved methods are that add the short guide plate, change the geometric installation angle of guide plate, cut guide plate and reduce the degree of curvature of guide plate. The results of numerical simulation for the improved and not improved guide plates show that reducing the degree of curvature of guide plate and adding half of the guide plate all can weaken the vor- tex significantly, the effect is good, but the effect of the rest is bad.
