摘要
针对工作介质为催化高温油浆,且含有固体催化剂颗粒,运行工况恶劣的问题,以某公司研制的150CZY150型塔底油浆泵的机械密封为例,介绍了炼油厂催化裂化装置关键设备高温油浆泵机械密封的一种选型设计,通过对结构、主要材料及辅助系统的优选,满足机械密封的使用条件,提高油浆泵的运行周期。
Aiming at the problem of bad operation condition because there are high-temperature oil slurry and solid activator grain in working medium, taking the mechanical seal of the 150CZY150 oil slurry pump as introduction object in some plant, a kind of selection of type for mechanical seal in the high temperature oil slurry pump in FCCU is introduced. Through optimi- zing the selection of the structure,main materials and accessorial system design, the mechanical seal can fit the working conditions and improve the life of oil slurry pump.
