摘要 对草酸铂的薄层色谱进行实验性研究 ,获得草酸铂的最佳色谱条件①硅胶H板为吸附剂 ;②甲醇 -四氢呋喃 (THF) -二乙胺 (DEA) -水 (2 0∶2∶0 0 5∶1 2 5 )为展开剂 ;③碘蒸气显色。该色谱条件下 ,点样 40 μg只出现一主斑点 (Rf=0 5 0 ) ,且重现性好。杂质Ag+ 、[Pt(DACH)Cl2 ]、[Pt(DACH) (H2 O) 2 ] (NO3) 2 和C2 O42 - 的Rf 值均为 0 0 0 ,最小检出限分别为0 0 1,0 0 2 ,0 0 1和 0 2 μg。用本色谱条件检测草酸铂分离度好 。 Thin-layer chromatography of oxaliplatin has been studied.It was showed by the experimental results that the R f value was 0 50 when 40μg oxaliplatin sample solution was spotted on the silica gel H plates on condition that the eluent was methanol-THF-DEA-H 2O(20∶2∶0 5∶1 25), the plates were visualizea by exposure to idine vapour.The R f values of Ag +,[Pt(DACH)Cl 2],[Pt(DACH)(H 2O) 2](NO 3) 2 and C 2O 4 2- were 0 00,while their detection limits were 0 01,0 02,0 01 and 0 2μg respectively.The method has fine degree of separation and sensitivity.
