泳池水中三氯甲烷的顶空气相色谱法测定

摘要 目的建立顶空气相色谱法测定泳池水中三氯甲烷的含量。方法通过一系列GC参数的优化实验,选择最佳的顶空条件和色谱参数。结果三氯甲烷在1.00μg/L~200μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 1);平均回收率为92.3%~95.5%,RSD为2.2%~4.6%(n=6);最低检出限为0.10μg/L。结论该方法灵敏、简单、准确,可用于测定泳池水中三氯甲烷的含量。 Objective To determine the content of chloroform in raphy. Methods By carrying out a set of experiments with GC well as chromatographic parameter. Results The content of swimming pool water by Headspace Gas Chromatog parameters to select optimal headspace condition as chloroform showed considerable linear correlation (r = 0. 999 1 ) within 1.0 - 200. 0 μg/L; the average recovery rate of chloroform was within 92. 3% - 95. 5% with RSD ranging from 2. 2% to 4. 6% (n =6) ; the lowest detection limit was 0. 10 μg/ml. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, yet accurate to determinate the chloroform in swimming pool water.
