基因型和环境及其互作对中部烟叶主要化学成分的影响

摘要 选用10个烤烟品种,在6省(市)设置7个试验点开展了小区品比试验,分析了基因型、环境及其互作对中部烟叶主要化学成分的影响。结果表明:中部烟叶7种主要化学成分的含量在基因型间、环境间及其互作间的差异均达到极显著水平;环境对中部烟叶化学成分含量的影响最大,其次为环境与基因型互作,基因型的影响最小。 The plot comparative tests for 10 flue -cured tobacco varieties were carried out in 2011 in 7 different locations of 6 provinces (cities), and the influences of genotype, environment and their interaction on the principal chemical compositions in the middle leaves of tobacco were analyzed according to the test results. The results indicated that the effects of genotype, environment and their interaction on the 7 principal chemical compositions in the middle tobacco leaves were all very significant. The environment had the greatest effect on the chemical composition content in the middle tobacco leaves, followed by genotype x environment interaction, and genotype had minimum effect.
