摘要
包头地区主、配电网结构相对薄弱,220 kV电网动热稳定问题突出,110 kV电网缺少市区电源点,10 kV配电网局部供电能力不足,互带能力差,运行方式安排困难,包头电网存在事故运行风险点,供电可靠性有待进一步提高。针对包头电网存在的薄弱环节,建议加强500 kV、220 kV网络结构;提高220 kV线路通流能力;增加220 kV变电站的站点分布,增加变电容量;对单电源、单主变变电站及无载调压主变变电站进行改造,增强系统的供电可靠性。
The main and distribution network structure in Baotou area are relatively weak, and 220 kV power thermal stability problems appear sharply, 110 kV power supply is short of urban power point, local power supply capacity of 10 kV distribution network is in shortage, reception load ability is inferior, operation mode arrangement is difficult. Power supply in baotou exist operating risks point and power supply reliability is to be further improved. Suggest to strengthen 500 kV and 220 kV construct network structure, remould 220 kV lines on flow ability, increase site distribution of 220 kV transformer station, and increase the transformer capacity. Meanwhile remould single power, single main transformer station and no load pressure regulating in main transformer stations to strengthen the system reliability of power supply,
