摘要
内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司1号、2号机组FOXBORO系统DCS改造前存在控制器负荷率超标、系统多次发生通信中断或死机故障等问题。通过对相关控制器通信点的组态进行优化、对DCS数据及网络进行升级改造,同时规范了操作员的操作习惯等,提高了DCS运行的安全稳定性。改造后,控制器的负荷率满足了国家标准的要求。
No.1 and No.2 units FOXBORO DCS of Inner Mongolia Jinglong Electric Power Company exist issues of the controller's load rate overproof, and the communication system interruption or failure. After the transformation of opitmizing, controllerJs load rate could meet the requirements of the national standards, and improve the stability of units operation; the controller communication point configuration upgrading the DCS data and network, and specificating operator's operation habit and other measures, improved the running safety and stability of DCS.
