摘要
提出了一种极化独立的工作在微波频段的metamaterial。这种metamaterial是由"渔网"结构的金属片印在电介质基板两表面构成的。采用有限元法模拟厚度为2 535μm的一维metamaterial平板的S参数(散射参数)的振幅和相位。根据S参数可获得metamaterial的内在性质(有效介电常数ε和磁导率μ)。此结构在10.85 GHz到11.45 GHz频段显现"双负"现象。这种负折射metamaterial在11.34 GHz时具有较高的透射(-0.27 dB)和较低的反射(-30.70 dB)。品质因数在10.96GHz时达到最大值为22.5。折射率为-1时品质因数为15.5。
A polarization-independent metamaterial composed of metallic fishnet printed on both sides of dielec- tric substrate was proposed at microwave frequencies. The amplitude and phase of the S-parameters of a planar metamaterial with thickness of 2 535 ~m by using finite element method have beem simulated. The internal proper- ties (the effective permittivity 6 and permeability/z) are thereafter retrieved and show the double-negative behav- iour of the structure. This negative metamateria] exhibits very high transmission ( -0. 27 dB ), low reflection ( -30. 70 dB) at ll. 34 GHz. Moreover, the value of figure of merit (FOM = I n'/n*l ) reaches a maximum of FOM =22.5 at 10. 96 GHz and is 15.5 for n'= -1
