摘要
阐述了内啮合摆线齿轮泵理论摆线和实际摆线的形成原理。建立了理论摆线参数方程,并进一步利用微分几何关系推导了实际摆线参数方程。然后根据所建立方程利用UG表达式功能直接绘制出内转子齿廓曲线,建立内转子三维模型。最后简单介绍外转子建模方法。
The forming principle of the theoretical and practical cycloid of the internal gearing cycloidal gear pump is expounded. The parametric equation of the theoretical cycloid is established. Furthermore, the practical cycloid parametric equation is derived by using the differential geometry relationships. Then the inner rotor tooth profile curve is mapped out directly according to the equation by using UG expression function, and the three-di- mensional model of the inner rotor is established. Finally, a simple introduction of the modeling method of the outer rotor is given.
