摘要
在现有的硬件平台基础上,通过自行编制的一套LabVIEW数字化扭振测量程序,以某直列四缸四冲程柴油机为测试对象,在外特性工况下对四缸柴油机自由端进行扭振测试。得出整个转速范围内稳定工况下的扭振波形和不同谐次的幅频特性。并对该四缸机进行曲轴扭振仿真,将实测结果与仿真结果进行对比。结果表明,实测和仿真结果十分接近。
On the basis of the existing hardware platform, a set of digital LabVIEW of torsional vibration meas- urement program for Inline-four diesel engine is designed. Under the condition of external characteristic, the free- dom of torsional vibration test and the whole speed range stability conditions of torsional vibration waveform and dif- ferent harmonic amplitude frequency aracteristics of the times are .got. The measured results and the simulation re- suits were compared. The results show that the measured and the simulation results come very close.
