摘要
温拌无纤维SMA混合料是一种绿色环保材料。通过析漏试验和车辙试验评价了温拌无纤维SBS改性沥青SMA混合料的力学性能。结果表明,温拌剂仅降低混合料的施工温度。在较低碾压温度下,无纤维的SMA混合料不会出现泛油现象。但是,在路面使用温度下,由于未添加纤维,混合料的高温抗变形性能较差。因此,与常规热拌添加纤维的SBS改性沥青SMA混合料相比,对于温拌无纤维SBS改性沥青SMA混合料,需要降低0.3%~0.5%的沥青用量,以提高混合料的高温抗变形性能。
Warm-mixed SMA mixture without fiber is a kind of green environmental protection material. Through the analysis of leakage test and rutting test evaluation of warm mixture mechanical properties. The results showed that, warm-mixed mix without fiber SBS modified asphalt SMA agent only reduced mixture construction in rolling temperature. Without fiber SMA mixture does not appear bleeding phenomenon. However, deformation re- sistance of warm-mixed SMA mixture without fiber at high temperature is poor. Therefore, with the conventional hot mix add fiber SBS modified asphalt SMA mixture compared, for warm mix without fiber SBS modified asphalt SMA mixture, the need to reduce 0. 3% ~0. 5% of the asphalt content, in order to improve the mixture at high tempera- ture deformation resistance.
