摘要 介绍了铸铁—硬质合金的复合铸造试验。通过对过渡区的形貌结构和成分分析探讨了铸铁—硬质合金的复合机制。发现在复合过程中 ,由于界面作用和扩散反应及新相的产生 。 The composite cast experiment of the cemented carbide cast iron had been presented in this paper.The connection mechanism of cast iron cemented carbide was studied by analyzing the morphology of microstructure and the constitutive elements in the transition zone.It was showed that The metallurgical connection was formed because of the diffusion reaction,interface reaction and formation of the new compounds during the composite casting.
