球墨铸铁管镁芯线球化处理工艺研究

Investigation on Cored Wire Nodulizing Process for Nodular lron Pipe Production

通过大量生产试验 ,研究了镁包芯线喂线球化生产球铁管的生产工艺。结果表明 ,用镁喂线法球化处理的500多吨铁液生产的700余根铸管 ,其内在质量和力学性能、水压试验均达到ISO2531的规定 ;球化处理效果优于冲入法 ,并提高了铸管的质量。

The magnesium-cored wire injection nodulizing process was investigated through a lot of trials carried out under conditions of mass production of nodular iron pipes.It was showed that the internal quality,mechanical propertiesand the result of water tightness test of more 700 pcs of pipes cast with more than 500t molten iron treated with magnesium cored wire process totally reached ISO 2531 specification.The nodulizing effect of cored wire process was better than that of pour-over process and,as a result,the quality of the cast pipes wasimproved.
