稀土变质处理钨合金铸铁磨球的组织和性能研究

摘要 以钨渣铁合金为主要合金原料制造钨合金铸铁磨球 ,研究了稀土变质处理提高其使用寿命的可能性。研究结果表明 ,钨合金铸铁磨球经适量稀土变质处理后 ,共晶碳化物由网状分布变成断网状分布 ,硬度略有提高 ,冲击韧度、耐磨性和冲击疲劳寿命均显著提高 ,磨球各项指标明显优于低铬铸铁磨球 ,接近了高铬铸铁磨球的水平。 A kind of ferro-tungsten cast iron grind ball was made with ferotungsten slag as main material.The possibility to lengthen working life of the grind balls by modifying the metal with rare earth was investigated.The result showed that,after modification with proper addition of rare earth,the morphology of eutectic carbide was changed from network into discontinuous network,the hardness was a little increased,the impact toughness,wearresistance and impact fatigue life was obviously improved/lengthened.All items of technical specifications were much better than low-chromium cast iron grind balls and near to the level ofhigh-chromium cast iron grind balls.
