薄壁缸体铸件中合金元素的选择 被引量:7

摘要 针对柴油机薄壁缸体铸件 ,试验了少量合金元素铬、铜、锑和锡对高碳当量灰铸铁抗拉强度、硬度及白口倾向的影响。结果表明 :合金元素铬和铜对灰铸铁的强度有明显的影响 ,在碳当量为3 8%~4 1 %的条件下 ,铁液中合金元素铬、铜和锑的合理含量( %)分别为 :0 20~0 25、0 40~0 45以及0 02。试验条件下 ,合金元素锡的作用不太明显。初步分析了合金元素铬和铜对灰铸铁强度及组织的影响机理。此外 ,还进行了实际薄壁缸体铸件的浇注试验。 With thin-section cylider block of diesel engine as target casting,the effect of small amount of chromium,copper,antimony and tin on tensile sterength,hardness and chilling tendency of high carbon equivalent gray iron was investigated.The results showed that chromium and copper had obvious effect on the strength of gray iron.When carbon equivalent was 3 8%~4 1%,the proper contents of the alloying elements were:0 20%~0 25%of chromium,0 40%~0 45%of copper and 0 02%of antimony.Under the codition of test,the effect of tin was not vary obvious.The mechanism of the effect of chromium and copper on the strength and structure of gray iron was primarily analysized.In addition,some actual thin-section cylinder blocks were trially cast.
