等温淬火白口铸铁的耐磨性研究

Investigation on Wear-Resistance of lsothermally Quenched White Cast Iron

在优选化学成分的基础上 ,研究了等温淬火白口铸铁的力学性能及抗磨性能 ,并与高铬铸铁及高锰钢进行比较。结果表明 ,等温淬火白口铸铁兼有较高的硬度和韧性 ,是一种经济实用的抗磨材料。

Based on optimizing chemical composition,the mechanical properties and wear-resistance property of isothermally quenched white cast iron was investigated and compared with that of high-chromium cast iron and high-manganesesteel .The result showed that isothermally quenched white iron had relatively high hardness and toughness so that it was a kind of economical and practical anti-wear material.
