摘要
以普通白口铸铁为基础 ,加入少量的铬和适当提高硅含量 ,采取等温淬火处理 ,得到奥氏体 +贝氏体基体的强韧抗磨白口铸铁。含1 5 %Cr、1 2Si的白口铸铁试样 ,经过250℃等淬处理后 ,硬度在50HRC以上 ,冲击韧度在9J/cm2 以上 ,且抗磨性优良。该材料可用于有一定冲击载荷的磨损工况。
Whit normal white cast iron as base,a kind of anti-wear white cast iron which had austenite+bainite as matrix,high strength and high ductility,was obtained by adding a small amount of chromium,properly increasing silicon content and isothermally quenching.After isothermally quenching at 250℃,the specimenof white cast iron containing 1 5%Cr and 1 2%Si obtained hardness of HRC 50,impact toughness of 9J/cm2 and excellent anti-wear property.This kind of material could be applied to the wearing condition with some impact load.
