目的分析临床辅助检验报告对疾病分类的影响,以寻求提高疾病分类质量的方法。方法依据国际疾病分类编码原则结合病案资料来分析总结辅助检查报告对疾病分类的影响。结果辅助医学检查报告对疾病分类质量影响较大,忽略其内容将会产生大量毫无利用价值的垃圾编码。结论临床辅助检查报告是辅助编码员正确编码的素材,认真检阅辅助检查报告有助于取得正确的分类编码,降低编码的错误率。

Objective To analyze the impact of auxiliary examination to the classification of diseases and improve the quality of diseases classifica- tion. Metbods According to the International Classification of Diseases codes rrles, conduct an analysis of the impact of auxillary examination to the classification of diseases combined with medical records materials. Results The auxiliary examination reports influence the quality of diseases classifica- tion very much, lots of useless rubbish codes will generate if we neglect the content of auxiliary examination. Conclusion The auxiliary examination re- ports are important materials to help coders make the right coding of diseases. Reviewing the auxiliary examination will be conductive to achieve the right classification coding and decrease the error rates.
