摘要
目的探讨如何准确地对颅内肿瘤进行国际疾病分类。方法对我院2002-2011年出院的540份常见颅内肿瘤的疾病分类进行分析。结果颅内肿瘤的编码错误率高达8.7%,是ICD编码的难点之一。结论编码员须全面掌握颅内肿瘤的各种分型,了解WHO肿瘤分类的新进展,才能做到正确编码。
Objective To discuss how to classify intracranial tumors correctly by using ICD. Method To analyze the classification of 540 cases of common intracranial tumors in our hospital from 2002 to 2011. Results The classification of intracranial tumors is a difficult point, as the error rate is up to 8.7%. Conclusion Coders should have a clear understanding of the common types of intracranial tumors and know about the development of clas- sifying the tumors by WHO, only by this can ensure their correct coding.
