摘要
系统地研究了铸铁材料在干滑动摩擦条件下的摩擦学特性。讨论了钢铁摩擦副的摩擦学规律 ;铸铁的石墨形态、合金元素及基体组织对干滑动摩擦学特性的影响。研究结果表明 :蠕墨铸铁是制作制动部件的合适选材。
The tribological characteristics of cast iron under dry sliding condition was systematically investigated.The tribology regulations of iron/steel fiction pairs and the influences of graphite morphology,alloying elements and matrix structure on characteristics of sliding tribology was discussed.The result showed that vermicular iron was the optimum material for braking components.
