A Survey on the Diet Condition of Hepatopathy Inpatients

摘要 目的了解肝病住院患者对肝病饮食要求的掌握情况,提高患者对科学膳食的重视程度,以减少并发症的发生。方法对我科自2011年5月-2011年12月住院的262例患者进行问卷调查。内容涉及各种治疗饮食和基本饮食的定义及每日摄入量,肝炎、肝硬化、消化道出血患者饮食方面的注意事项等,并对问卷结果进行分析。结果肝病住院患者对不同饮食定义的知晓程度不尽相同,对软食的知晓程度最高,只有14.5%的患者不知道什么叫软食;对高热量饮食每日摄入量的知晓程度最低,有74.04%的患者不知道高热量饮食每日应摄入多少热量。结论肝病住院患者对肝病饮食要求没有达到全面掌握,需要责任护士根据患者的病情进行一对一饮食指导,减少并发症,促进康复。 Objective To realize the hepatopathy inpatients' master situation of hepatopathy diets and encourage them to attach importance to scien- tific diets to decrese the incidence of complications. Methods To conduct a questionaire survey to 262 hepatopathy inpatients in our department from May to December of 2011. The questionaire consists of the definition of various of diets and primary diets, daily intake, the diets precautions among the inpatients of hepatitis, cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding, then make an analyze to the questionaires. Results The acquaintance of different diets' definitions were not the same. Most inpatients knew about soft diet, with only 14.5% were not, the awareness of high calory diets was the lowest, with 74.04% inpatients didn't know how many calories should be intaken everyday. Conclusion The acquaintance of hepatopathy diets were not e- nough and it was necessity to give them one-to-one guidance according to their different situation by responsible nurses, only in this way can we hope to decrease complications and promote the inpatients' recovery.
