Recent Progress in Metal Hydride Electrode Materials

摘要 简要综述贮氢合金电极材料三方面的最近进展 :(1)双相贮氢合金材料 ;(2 )复合贮氢电极材料 ;(3)镁基非晶及钠米晶贮氢电极材料。 Recent progress in metal hydride alloys as anode materials of NiMH battery is briefly reviewed. Three new developments in the area are introduced. The first is about double phase alloy. It consists of two phases, with the highly catalytic minor phase distributing along the grain boundaries of the major phase that is for hydrogen storage. The second is composite electrode material. It consists of two or more component alloys that are mixed by a mechanical method. The component alloys are added either for catalysis or for hydrogen storage. The third development is amorphous or nano crystalline Mg based metal hydride alloys with high electrochemical capacity.
