Application of the CIPP model in nursing practice skills training

目的应用CIPP模式了解并改进现阶段护理实践技能操作存在的问题,针对性地提出建议并进行改进。方法采用自行设计《护理操作技能评分表》对2011年4月至6月在某护理学院实训中心进行集中轮回操作训练的280名护生进行考核,同时对教师进行访谈。结果 CIPP模式能够发现护理实践技能操作中存在的问题并提出改进意见。结论应用CIPP模式对护理实践技能操作成绩进行评价,为制订教学计划与内容提供建议,有利于护生综合素质的养成,培养合格护理人员。

Objective To explore the problems of nursing practice skills by the application of CIPP model, so as to provide targeted suggestions and improvement measures. Methods A total of 280 nursing students who received nursing skills staining training during April to June ,2011 were recruited. The Self- designed nursing Practice Skills＇Scoring Form was employed and the teachers were interviewed. Results CIPP model could find the problems in nursing practice skills,and could provide the improvement suggestions. Conclusion Application of CIPP model can make evaluation of nursing skills,and provide suggestions of trainning programs so as to develop the comprehensive quality of nursing students ,and to train qualified nursing staff.
