乳腺癌患者术后化疗期创伤后成长的质性研究

A qualitative research on post traumatic growth of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy period after operation

目的了解女性乳腺癌患者术后化疗期创伤后成长状况。方法采用现象学研究的方法对10例女性乳腺癌术后化疗期患者进行访谈,现场记录资料,并运用Claizzi分析程序进行分析。结果乳腺癌术后化疗期患者负性心理和与负性事件抗争的意识并存,在与疾病抗争中萌芽信心,并开始重新审视生命和健康,规划未来,积极应对。结论乳腺癌术后化疗期患者存在明显的创伤后成长,挖掘创伤后患者正性的心理资源成为乳癌患者心理护理的新视角。

Objective To understand the experience of post traumatic growth of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy period after operation. Methods Phenomenology method was used in the study. Ten breast cancer patients during chemotherapy period after operation were interviewed. Data were re- corded in the interview and analyzed by Claizzi program. Results Breast cancer patients during chemotherapy period after operation had both of negative mental problems and fight for negative events. During the course of fighting with disease, the patients developed their confidence and began to rethink life and health, plan the future and cope positively. Conclusion There are obvious post traumatic growth in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy period after operation. Exploring the positive psychological resources of breast cancer patients is a new view for psychological nursing.
