运用现代环境护理理论管理病房环境的效果分析

Application of modern environmental nursing theory in ward environmental management

目的探讨运用"现代环境护理理论"管理病房环境的效果。方法分析影响护理风险的病区环境因素,针对性改善患者心理环境和周边社会环境,同时加强硬性环境建设。结果跌倒、坠床、感染的发生率下降,患者对病区环境的满意度提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论现代病房环境管理可以有效预防保健科病房护理风险事件的发生,建议推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of modem environmental nursing theory applied in the ward environment management. Methods Nursing risk factors in the ward environment were analyzed. Targeted interventions were taken to improve patients＇psychological environment and social surroundings. The hardware enviroment construction was strengthened. Results The rates of nursing risk events of falling, failing bed and infection were decreased, and the patients＇ satisfaction to the ward environment was improved （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Modem ward environment management can effectively reduce nursing risk events in wards, and it is worthy of wide application.
