摘要
目的探讨术前访视工作新方法的实施效果。方法将100例手术患者随机分为实验组(专职护士访视)及对照组(手术护士访视),各50例,并测定其术前1 d的焦虑、收缩压、舒张压、心率指标,术后进行心理护理效果评价及满意度调查。结果实验组手术患者焦虑值及心率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度和心理护理效果高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对手术患者实施新的术前访视方法,能有效缓解术前焦虑,减少心率波动,满足手术患者的心理需求,提高术前访视的效果。
Objective To explore the effects of the new model of pre - operative interview. Methods A total of 100 patients scheduled for surgery were randomly allocated to experimental group ( pre - operative interview by the specialized nurses) and control group ( pre - operative interview by operating room nurses) ,50 eases in each group. The anxiety, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate one day before the operation were recorded. After op- eration, the effects of psychological nursing and patient satisfaction were evaluated. Results The mean score of anxiety and heart rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the effects of psychological nursing and the patients satisfaction were higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The new model of pre - operative interview can effectively relieve preoperative anxiety, reduce the fluctuation of heart rate, meet the psychological needs of patients and enhance the effect of pre - operative interview.
