挤压铸造高速钢辊环的研制

The Research of Extruding Casting High Speed Steel Roll Collar

摘要 针对高速钢辊环静态铸造条件下内部组织疏松 ,使用寿命短 ,离心铸造条件下易产生偏析的问题 ,研究了挤压铸造对高速钢辊环机械性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明 :挤压铸造高速钢辊环具有组织致密、元素偏析轻、硬度高、硬度均匀性好等特点 ,工业应用表明 。 To counter the situation that the internal structure of high speed steel roll collar is loose in static state casting and the composition of high speed steel roll collar is easy to incline to separating out in centrifugal casting, we research the effect of extruding casting on the mechanical properties and physical properties of high speed steel roll collar.The results obtained show that extruding casting high speed steel roll collar has compact structure, even composition and high and even hardness. The application in industry shows that the service life of extruding casting high speed steel roll collar obviously excells high Ni Cr indefinite chill cast iron roll collar's.
