摘要 2012年5月世界著名的医学杂志《柳叶刀》刊登了由Cima等9名来自荷兰和英国的科学家撰写的一篇论文《Specialised treatment based on cognitive behavior therapy versus usual care for tinnitus：a randomised controlled trial》．再次将耳呜治疗方法的评估这一世界性难题．摆在我们眼前。也许是由于治疗耳鸣这一课题本身的吸引力，也许是由于《柳叶刀》具有的医学权威性，也许是这项严格基于循证医学所设计的实验的稀有性，总之，耳鸣治疗再次成为国际医学界热议的主题。
