本文运用文献研究法，依据大量资料对美国言语矫治流程的系统化．规范化，言语矫治从业人员的专业化进行深入分析和探讨，并对我国言语矫治的现状及特点进行分析和总结，以期为相关机构和人员提供参考。

In this article, some important aspects of systematization, standardization and specialization of speech therapy in America are briefly reviewed through literature research. Bases on the reviewing results, suggestions are proposed for relevant institutions and speech therapists in China.
