摘要
介绍了借助CAD/CAM技术设计制造汽车右发动机支架模具的全过程。分析了零件的工艺性 ,确定了成双拉伸后再剖切的工艺方案 ,并系统地介绍了模具结构。
The whole course of designing and manufacturing the die for the bracket for the right engine of autos with CAD/CAM technology was introduced. The technological property of the parts was analyzed, and the technological process of cross_cutting after drawing in pairs was determined. The die structure, CNC machining process, assembly sequence and debugging result was sysmetically introduced.
