分析了塑件的成型工艺方案 ,决定采用变角度斜导柱抽芯机构 ,并介绍了变角度斜导柱抽芯机构的结构特点。
The technological process for forming the plastic parts was analyzed, and it was determined to adopt the core_pulling mechanism with angulating bevel guide pillars. The structure characteristics and working process of the core_pulling mechanism with angulating bevel guide pillars and the designing method of the angualting bevel guide pillars were introduced.
