摘要 介绍了超音速火焰喷涂技术的发展过程、未来的发展方向以及涂层的应用 ,详细比较了各种超音速火焰喷涂枪的工艺特点和涂层造价。此外 ,还对超音速火焰喷涂涂层的性能 (如硬度、密度、结合强度、残余应力 ) The development history, further effort and application of HVOF are presented in this paper. The technique characteristics and operating costs of various HVOF guns are compared. Meanwhile, properties of coatings deposited with HVOF, such as hardness, density, bond strength and residual stress, are introduced in detail.$$$$
