2010年广州市越秀区首例输入性基孔肯雅热病例的调查与处理 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]分析广州市越秀区首例输入性基孔肯雅热病例的临床特点和流行病学特征,为预防控制基孔肯雅热提供科学依据。[方法]2010年采用描述性流行病学方法对广州市越秀区首例输入性基孔肯雅热病例的发现、诊断和应急处置等进行回顾分析和效果评价。[结果]该病例在非洲乘坐埃塞俄比亚至广州的ET606航班时发病,血液标本经广东出入境检验检疫局P3实验室检测基孔肯雅热病毒核酸阳性,为实验室确诊病例。[结论]流行病学证据显示此起疫情为输入性,防控措施及时有效,未出现二代病例。 [Objective]To analyze the clinical features and epidemiological characteristics of imported Chikungunya fever which was confirmed in first patients in Yuexiu district,Guangzhou city, so as to provide scientific basis for its prevention and control. [Methods]A retrospective descriptive epidemiological investigation was conducted to analyze and appraise the process of discovery, diagnosis and dealing with emergency of imported Chikungunya fever. [Results] The case in ET606 flight from Ethiopia to Guangzhou when he became ill,blood samples were detected by Guangdong entry-exit inspection and quarantine P3 laboratory to be Chikungunya fever virus nucleic acid positive,as the laboratory confirmed cases. [Conclusion]Imported Chikungunya fever epidemic is confirmed by epidemiological evidence. The supervening case hasn't been found because the measures of prevention and control are timely and efficacious.
