摘要
用X射线衍射 (XRD)分析、透射电镜选区电子衍射 (SAED)技术 ,确定了堆焊金属的组织结构 ,并在扫描电镜下用能谱分析了熔合区微区的化学成分特点。研究结果表明 ,堆焊金属呈粗大柱状晶组织形态 ,其相结构为α -Fe(Al)。熔合区合金元素浓度呈梯度变化 。
Microstructure of clad metal (Fe-Al alloy) and composition of fusion zone were examined by means of XRD and EDS. The experimental results show that the surfacing metal consists of phase of α -Fe(Al) coarse columnar grain. Distribution of alloy elements in fusion zone is gradient, particularly aluminium element.$$$$
