摘要
大学生的个体差异、早期接受应试教育及现行教学方式等影响创造力的开发。要通过培养自信心,开设创造学课程,建设创新型师资队伍,引导大学生积极参加社会实践等途径,努力开发大学生的创造力。
The factors, such as individual differences, exam-oriented education experiences, and the exsisting teaching pattern,hinder the development of university students' creativity. The paper holds that self-confidence,innovative teachers, students' active participation in social practie can promote student's creativity.
