摘要
高职院校酒店管理专业要以酒店市场需求为中心,注重实训基地硬件投入和教学体系创新,突出合作企业全程参与的"2+1"人才培养特色,构建校企和学生三方共赢的长效机制,努力提高人才培养质量。
The running of Hotel Management in postsecondary vocational and technical institutions should be centered around market demand. The paper argues that it can he fulfiled by innovating the teaching program, in terms of building training bases and strengthening the role played by cooperative enterprise in the whole process. The characterized "2+1" framework is helpful in constructing a long-acting machanism that is beneficial to the institute, the enterprise as well as to the students.
