志愿者行动是实现思想政治教育目标的有效形式。在思想政治理论课实践教学中开展大学生志愿者行动需要前期教育培训、中期组织策划和后期反馈、评估与延续,还要不断加以改进。

The action of volunteers is the effective approach to the ideological and political education. It needs in the practice teaching of ideological and political theory courses to make a schedule, based on the action of college students as volunteers, for the education and training on the first stage, the organization and design in the middle, and the feedback, assessment and contiuation on the last, and make some adjustment as well.
