摘要
加强主体性德育是新时期促进大学生全面发展的需要。地域文化差异能培养大学生跨文化沟通能力,同时也给其相互交流产生一些障碍。只有尊重并了解地域文化差异,因势利导,才能增强大学生主体性德育的实效。
The all-round development of university students requires subjective moral education. While cultural differenees between regions help to develop students' ability of cross-cultural communication, they may pose problems in the cornmunieation. The paper argues that due attention to the differences should be given in subjective moral education.
