热喷涂用硬质合金粉生产中的整形处理及其它

摘要 热喷涂工艺对硬质合金喷涂粉的要求是 :1、每个颗粒已完全形成了硬质合金的显微结构 ,通过喷涂工艺形成的涂层不会有明显变化。 2、要求流动性好即很好的成球性和填充性。3、极窄的粒度分布。本文发现通过冲击破碎体积粉碎和气流分级等整形处理以去掉太多的棱角后的热喷涂用硬质合金粉性能有明显的改善 ,满足了热喷涂工艺的要求。 Thermal spray coating process's requirements for cemented carbide spray coating powder are:(1) each particle has completely formed cemented carbide microstructure, and the coating layer produced through thermal spray coating process has no obvious change; (2) good flowability namely good roundness and filling character; (3) very narrow particle size distribution. Removing too many arrises through shape-correction treatment and combining with shock crushing, volume crushing and air classification process,we have found that after shape-correction treatment the properties of thermal spray coating cemented carbide powder have been obviously improved and thus satisfied the requirements of the thermal spray coating process.
