摘要
采用自由贯穿磨削方法,在无心外圆磨床上用普通砂质导轮磨削小型非对称球面滚子外径,即先在圆柱滚子两端磨出角度相同但长度不同的斜度,然后进行贯穿磨削。根据滚子形状的特殊性,从分析磨削力入手,推导出了滚子最大直径位置偏移系数的计算式,给出了偏移系数曲线,从而可定量地计算最大直径位置的偏移量。介绍了如何形成不对称球面以及控制球面位置的方法。举例说明了计算式及图表的使用方法。附图8幅,表2个。
The free through-feed grinding method is adopted to grind the OD of small sized non-symmetric spherical rollers on centerless CD grinder with common corundum guide wheels, i. e. grinding slopes with same angle but different length on both sides first, then going on through-feed grinding. According to the speciality of roller form and starting with the analysis of grinding forces, the calculated formula on position offset coefficient of rollers maximum OD is derived, and the offset coefficient curve is given. The position offset amount of max. OD can be computed quantitatively. The methods for forming a non-symmetric spherical surface and controlling the position of spherical surface are also introduced. How to use the selacted charts & formulae is also stated using examples in this paper.
