濒危植物阜康阿魏的资源调查与合理保护研究

Investigation and protection for endangered Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen.

目的调查与研究《中国药典》收录药材阜康阿魏(Ferula fukanensis K.M.Shen)的药用历史、生存现状及分布,为阜康阿魏资源的合理保护提供依据。方法在查阅相关文献资料的基础上,采用实地调查22个样方和走访调查相结合的方法,调查了解阜康阿魏的使用历史、自然分布特点及生存现状,提出合理保护策略。结果阜康阿魏植物资源面积锐减,22个样方中植株分布密度较低,9个样方中达到10～15株,其余13个样方中均为7～10株。结论阜康阿魏资源已经处于濒危状态,应加强种质资源的保护,寻找阜康阿魏的可持续开发与利用的途径与措施。

Objective To investigate and research on the medicinal history, survival status and distribution of Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen. which is recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and provide the basis for reasonable protection of Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen. resources. Methods On the basis of access to relevant literature, the usage history, natural distribution characteristics and survival status of Ferula fukanensis were investigated by field surveys of 22 quadrats and the combination of interviews and investi gations methods. Then put forward the reasonable protection strategy. Results It was sharp droped in re- sources area of Ferula fukanensis K. 9 quadrats of 10-15, the remaining M. Shen. The plants distribution density is lower in the 22 quadrats, 13 quadrats were 7-10. Conclusion The resource is already in en dangered status of strengthened. Find M. Shen.. Ferula fukanensis K. M.
