3M皮肤保护膜联合康乐宝造口粉对大便失禁所致肛周皮肤损伤的疗效观察

Clinical care of 3M skin protective film combined with coloplast stoma power to perianal skin injury caused by faecal incontinence

目的观察3M皮肤保护膜联合康乐宝造口粉对大便失禁所致肛周皮肤损伤的疗效。方法选取因各种原因所致肛周皮肤损伤患者40例,观察组用温水擦洗肛周后,局部涂抹康乐宝造口粉后再喷3M皮肤保护膜,对照组用温水擦洗后常规保持干燥。结果观察组总有效率(95%)明显高于照组(80%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.741,P<0.05)。结论造口粉有较好干燥和收敛作用,而3M皮肤保护膜可在皮肤表面形成一层保护膜,加强皮肤抵抗摩擦力缓解由于大小便等浸渍引起的肛周皮肤损伤,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Objective To obserre the curative effect of 3M skin protective film combined with coloplast Sto ma Power to perianal skin injury caused by faecal incontinence. Methods Fourty various clinical cases to tally of perianal group, patients skin injury incl were swabbed uding the experimental group and the control group. For the experimental with warm water and appled with coloplast stoma power and afterwards sprayed with 3M skin protective film. For the control grou keeping trouble skin dry with normal measures. Results p, pa The tients were swabbed with warm water and overall effective rate in the experimental group （95%） was remarkably higher than that of the control group （80%）. Conclusion It is the drying and astringent effect of the stoma power and protective film on the skin surface by 3M skin protective film that reduce the frictional force on the perianal skin impregnated with defecation and urination.
