芳烃抽提溶剂环丁砜中氯离子的净化研究 被引量:7

摘要 筛选出可有效脱除芳烃抽提环丁砜贫溶剂中氯离子(Cl-)的大孔弱碱型阴离子交换树脂。在净化空速为3.0~6.0 h-1、净化温度为40~50℃,净化压力为0.4~1.5 MPa的优选条件下,环丁砜贫溶剂中的Cl-质量浓度由5.8 mg/L降至约1.0 mg/L,pH值由5.2升高至6.3以上,酸值由0.052 76 mg/L降至小于0.049 53 mg/L,单位质量树脂净化倍数达300倍;净化后环丁砜贫溶剂的劣化趋势与净化前一致,腐蚀性明显下降,缓蚀率为78.53%~80.48%。 The macroporous weak base anion - ex- change resins were selected to effectively remove Cl^- in the sulfolane poor solvent of hydrocarbon ex- traction system. The optimum conditions were:space velocity 3. 0 - 6. 0 h^-1,temperature 40 - 50 ℃, pressure 0. 4 - 1. 5 MPa, and under these condi- tions, the Cl^- mass concentration in the purified sol- vent decreased from 5.8 mg/L to about 1.0 mg/L, the pH value increased from 5.2 to more than 6.3,the acid value decreased from 0.052 76 mg/L to less than 0. 049 53 mg/L, and the purification mutiple of the poor solvent sulfolane were more than 300 per unit mass of the anion -exchange resin. After purification, the equipment corrosion was effectively inhabited, and the corrosion inhibition rate was 78.53%-80.48%.
