摘要
介绍了中国石油抚顺石化公司120万t/a蜡油催化裂化装置进行催化裂化多功能强化增收剂LT(FZY)-Ⅱ的工业应用试验情况。结果表明,在原料油性质、平衡催化剂性质、主要操作条件等工艺参数基本接近的情况下,加注增收剂后,产品汽油收率提高0.42个百分点,轻柴油收率提高0.27个百分点,液化气收率提高0.13个百分点,干气收率降低0.72个百分点,焦炭收率降低0.10个百分点,总液收提高0.82个百分点。表明该增收剂可增强催化剂的抗金属污染能力,使催化剂保持较好的选择性和活性,改善产品分布,并对装置生产操作和产品质量无不良影响。
The application of catalytic cracking (FCC) yield improving multifunetional additive LT(FZY) - Ⅱ in a 1.2 Mt/a wax oil FCC unit were introduced. The results showed that under approxi- mately the same conditions of raw material property, circulating catalyst performance and operating pa- rameters as the original operating mode, the additive could increase the yields of gasoline, diesel oil, liq- uefied petroleum gas and total liquid by 0.42,0.27, 0. 13 and 0.82 percent points, respectively, and de- crease the yields of dry gas and petroleum coke by 0. 72 and 0. 10 percent points, respectively, indica- ting that LT(FZY) - Ⅱ could enhance the capacity to anti -metal contamination, selectivity and activity of the catalyst, improve the product distribution and had no harmful effects on the production operation and product quality.
