Relationship Among Energy Consumption, Energy Structure and Transformational Development in Shanghai

文章聚焦能源消费、能源结构和经济社会发展的内在联系,在深入剖析过去十年上海市能源发展总体情况的基础上,从产业政策导向、产业结构与用能效率、节能成效这三个分析角度阐述了经济社会发展对能源消费的影响,并在最后提出上海应从转型发展中寻求低碳发展之路,将能源转型、产业转型、社会转型作为三大突破口,促进经济社会的低碳发展。

This paper focuses on the interrelationship among energy consumption, energy structure, economic and social development. With a deep analysis of the general situation of Shanghai＇s energy development in the past ten years, three perspectives including industrial policy orientation, industrial structure and energy consumption efficiency, and energy saving effect, have been adopted to illustrate the impact of economic and social development on energy consumptiono At last, this paper suggests that Shanghai should pursue low-carbon development through transformational development, and treat energy transformation, industrial transformation and social transformation as three breakthrough points, in order to promote the low-carbon development of economic and social development.
