摘要
该项改造旨在采用一次风机出口的冷一次风代替原密封风机,向制粉系统提供密封风,将密封风机处于极端备用状态,由此节约的密封风机厂用量可实现可观的节能效益。同时降低了因密封风机故障和失去备用而引发炉MFT(即停炉)的可能性,从而大幅提高密封风系统的安全可靠性。
this innovation applies cold primary air from primary fan outlet to replace original sealed fan to provide sealing air to pulverizing system. Sealed fan is under extreme back-up mode so that sealing fans quatity saving realize energy efficiency. Meanwhile it reduces risks from both sealed fan failure and boiler MFT possibility due to back-up boiler loss so that it enhances sealing air device safety.
