摘要
供应商参与制造企业新产品研发作为一个新的研发模式,给制造企业带来效益的同时也增加了制造企业对供应商管理的难度。在合适的时间选择合适的供应商参与制造企业的新产品研发十分重要,文中对供应商参与制造企业新产品研发的阶段类型进行系统分析,并运用G1法和线性加权法对备选供应商进行选择,最后提出提高新产品研发协同管理的建议。
Supplier involvement in manufacture's new product development can benefit manufacturing enterprises as a new mode of development. However, this new mode of development also increases the difficulties of supplier management. It's very important to select right supplier at right time to participate new product development. In this dissertation, the stage type of supplier involvement in manufacturing enterprises' new product development is analyzed systematically. The supplier selection based on G1 method and linear weighting method are proposed in this dissertation. Finally, the suggestions of improving collaborative management in new product development are proposed.
