基于灰色预测理论的山西省物流人才需求分析 被引量:9

摘要 山西省作为一个资源大省,物流市场需求巨大,但是面临着现代物流管理专业人才供给失衡的现状。文中将从山西省的物流业发展的大环境出发,根据山西省2006~2010年物流人才需求数据量,运用灰色预测理论,对山西省未来五年物流人才需求问题进行预测分析。结果表明,未来五年山西省物流人才需求呈增长趋势,在一定程度上能够为山西省培养物流人才提供理论依据。 Shanxi, as a big resource province, has the huge market demand for Logistics. But they also face the present demand and supply disequilibrium of modem Logistics management professionals. Therefore this paper forecasts and analyzes the demand of logistic talents in Shanxi Province for the next five years by applying the gray prediction theory, according to the main logistic development environment of Shanxi Province and the statistics of logistic talents demand from 2006 to 2010. It can be shown from the results that the next five years will still see a substantial growth of logistic talents demand in Shanxi province, which, to some extent, can provide the logistic talents with a theoretical basis for its development.
